Where are the financial key figures, risk assessment & maximum credit recommendation and ownership information retrieved from?
This information is retrieved from global business registers through Creditsafe Norway AS.
Norwegian companies are monitored and updated every second week. The rest of the companies are monitored quarterly (October, January, April and June).

Are there any requirements within the services?
You shall ensure that any and all information provided about your company is accurate, updated in a timely manner (at least once per year), and reviewed on a yearly basis (minimum).

What is the basis for the capability assessment in Magnet JQS?
The capability assessment in Magnet JQS is based on requirements in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the expectations defined in IOGP 510 Operating Management System Framework.
The answers provided in the Capability Assessment are visible for all users of the service.

Please also note that there are typical screening requirements for API access requests. These are:
– Requestor or requestor’s user organization has an active subscription in Magnet JQS (or Human Rights Audit Service “HuRi”)
– Requestor is able to provide a reasonable justification for the intended use of the API

What is logistic master data in Magnet JQS?
The logistic master data is a set of master data kept in a common repository (Magnet JQS) and made available for actors in the logistics value chain.The data will be shared by the data owner and extracted by the data consumer. Logistics master data in Magnet JQS includes currently container master data and rental data (leieforhold). For a complete list of data fields, please see chapter 6, 6.1.2., 6.1.3 and 6.1.4 in the Offshore Norge guidelines
Sharing and consuming these data is a common contribution and practise for standardiseing and exchanging data in the logistics value chain in the energy sector on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS). Offshore Norge guidelines 146 specify which type of data will be standardised and exchanged, and type of format. The guidelline 146 will contribute to interoperability by exchanging these logistics master data between actors in the logistics value chain.

How do you access logistics master data in Magnet JQS?
First of all your company must be registered in Magnet JQS and you must have a user.
In order to get access to consume and/or share logistics data an e-mail must be sent to support.magnetjqs@offshorequalific.no including the following:
- Describe the reason why you would like to share and/or consume logistics master data.
- Provide Global Location Number (GLN) of headquarter. GLN is standardized address format used as the standard address format in logistics master data. GLN is provided by GS1. Check if you have a GLN by providing your organisation number. Trenger du GLN? – GS1 Norway
- Please identify your role in the supply chain. There is three defined roles defining your access rules in Magnet JQS: Operator – Commercial rental provider – Other.
- If your company would like to acess through the API, the order form must be filled out and attached:Order form.
